When you start living abroad, once you have passed the organizational phase, you need to deal with the various aspects of life abroad, activate extra services, talk to customer support, organize commuting or moving, buy a bike or a car, fill out forms.
In other cases, after a period it may be necessary to move house or obtain information on other cities or other jobs.
These are simple things if done in an environment known to us and in a language known to us, but what if this were not the case?
That’s why I can help you by activating a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or even annual subscription.
How does it work?
You decide how long you need me and I will help you with the need*:
In fact – just like for a subscription – you can choose whether to pay for the extra services for 1 – 3 – 6 – 12 months. During that period of time you can contact me if you have a need and need someone to manage it for you or help you manage it.
Let’s take some practical examples:
- You ordered the furniture from IKEA but you can’t understand yourself with customer service and you need a hand, someone who can interact with them for you.
- You have activated the various users but it seems that there are some errors in the forms and you are unable to get to the bottom of them also because it is all in Dutch and you are not yet familiar with the language.
- You’re looking for extra activities for your kids or a language course for you, but you don’t know where to look first and how to choose.
These are examples of real situations that actually happened to my clients, it seems like nothing but in the first phase they can create stress and discomfort. I’m here to help you.
How much does it cost?
Option 1 – 1month = €300 + VAT
Option 2 – 3 months = €850 + VAT
Option 3 – 6 months = €1.650 + VAT
Option 4 – 12 months = €3.250 + VAT
Option 1 and 2 provide for lump sum payment at the commencement of the agreement.
Option 3 and 4 provide the possibility of payment in several phases. For both options the first 50% must be paid at the beginning of the agreement. Option 2 provides for a second payment with the remaining 50%, therefore the balance, at the 5th month while option 4 can provide a further division into 2 successive phases, with 25% at the 5th month and the balance at the 11th month.
