Rossella – Going Expat è stata un supporto fondamentale in ogni fase del nostro trasferimento in Olanda. Siamo partiti da una semplice mail di richiesta informazioni e con immensa professionalità ci ha aiutato in tutti gli aspetti pratici e burocratici olandesi (e sono veramente tanti!), rendendo un processo che può essere complesso molto più semplice e tranquillo.

I met Rossella for a coffee, and her proactivity and kindness stood out from the first moment. Rossella is an empathetic professional who provided me with many useful tips about the Dutch job market. Even though I have been living and working in the Netherlands for 3 years, I am still not completely confident with the labour market. Rossella provided me with concrete suggestions on how to improve my CV, motivational letter and Linkedin profile to match the Dutch work environment. I appreciated Rossella's knowledge of local culture, which is what makes her service efficient. No matter if you are considering relocation or you have been living here for some years. Thanks to Rossella for this fantastic event. It was great for us to attend and it was really formative. We understood a lot of things and you explained how to relate to this new culture and how to put ourselves in the right way. Leaving prepared and understanding how to approach people is a great help to integrate. we were also able to participate actively in this event, asking questions and interacting directly with Rossella and Vika on the topics covered. I attended the workshop on our Dutch people route, and it was really nice to see how culture play a role and how we translate in our own language place a role in the way we communicate and and the way we have to understand the culture 1st to know the way others are responding. I think it was not just applied to One culture, but I think it also gave me a perspective of how I speak with the tone and the pitch of the voice and everything, so they also made a mental meter which was really nice to see our answers coming on the life presentation, which was in a fun way to learn from everybody. They also have a lot of questions and ask us to write about it or answer through it as really nice and they had a very chill interactive session. Then feel a lot didn’t feel very formal or anything so that is really good. I’m looking forward to more Workshops And all the very best and keep it up.
